Right now, when a post is reported by anyone it can no longer be reported by anyone else. My suggestion is to let more people report it too. Rather than create a new notification for mods each time it's reported, however, it would just show a number of how many times that post has been reported, like a (4) in the name of the notification. Obviously I don't know what the interface looks like for a moderator when he's viewing reported posts, so I can't be any more specific than that.

It seems like if something is getting reported by 20 people at once, it deserves extra attention from moderators.

Every report is taken into account, 1 report is sufficient.

Having some type of ticket system would help. The more a post is reported (only 1 report per person ofc), the higher it rises on the ticket system. That way it's tended to a lot faster. For example, if Joe posted cocks all over one thread and it was reported a lot more than once and Dan called some kid a mean name, Joe is dealt with first (assuming a lot more people reported him).
