Im trying to get my old account back

RedHazeMaze because I want my rep back as not being a 2013 account, I acquired the FG by selling diablo 2 items and I forgot the email and password because it was so long ago.

I sent a recovery request and it took them 4 days to deny me without an explanation, they did say the email was wrong or something.
but if I want a jsp account I'm going to use MY email so I can actually see jsp's email instead of making random Hotmail accounts but I was forced to becausae I forget the email.

anyone know anything I can do. JSP just denies me does not tell me why and offer no help

just want my account back and they are making it rocket science, also my 1.1kfg would be nice to have back
