It would be great if we could close our own threads in the trade forums or if we could remove them from the search feature when we no longer need/have the items posted.
People often use the search feature and it gets annoying when your 1-2 week old threads get bumped and you receive 20 pm's about something you no longer need/have for trade.

I don't see any negative sides to this suggestion.

This would be much easier than asking trade moderators to close every topic. Some people trade a lot and pm'ing a trade moderator for every thread to avoid them getting bumped is annoying and I'm sure they have other things to take care of.

Only staff members can close threads.
It is not made for normal users to do so.

That's exactly why I made this thread... We should at least be able to remove our threads from the search feature if we can't close our own threads.

I would say no because it would be overly used
