Can't I just block them? Of course... after my inbox is 2% closer to full.
Couldn't a clever user simply pm someone before blocking them? Once again, yes. Luckily the people affected by this change are not that clever.

Voted yes. Very reasonable suggestion and with excellent examples of why it should be added.

Suggestion will not solve your problems imo.
People will simply wait to block you until after they've sent you their spam message.
Just ignore them, it's just words. Then you can PM block them. There's no need to retaliate or get the last words.



That's a broad generalization, and I disagree. Bad people will always look for a way.

Also, people can just pm you and then block you, so it really makes no difference.

That suggestion is significantly worse than the one I made the thread for.
Don't make comments about things you know nothing about.
