We've all come across a unperm item. Sometimes we've had it for years before poofing. So why is that that if some1 just so happens to be the last person to have it in the history and then it poofs... that person is held responsible with no further evidence of wrong-doing? I've even heard of people 2 or 3 places before in the history being banned for this?!?! There is no way possible to PROVE that some1 intentionally sold UAP unless you have them saying so or some HARD evidence. It seems the scammer moderators are just throwing around bans willy nilly based on little to no evidence. This needs to be addressed as JSP is losing a lot of good players. Please NJaguar monitor and address this issue it's getting out of hand.

If they accidently sell unperm as perm unknowingly, then be a good person and repay it.
We do not lock people for unperm as perm unless we have absolute solid evidence.

/edit the last sentence goes for any scam, we do not lock unless we have complete evidence to support an accusation.
