Dunno if this has been suggested before but I think that once a person hits 10-20k posts they should be able to bump their topics every 3 hours instead of 4, and when u get to 40-60k posts should be every 2 hours, and then maybe a cap of 1 hour bumps after someone hits like 100k posts. Since their isn't that many people that have achieved over 100k posts
