I see a lot of people complaining about 6-8 month plus removal times for warn, how about instead of that put it at a steady 2 months per removal but if any suspensions are received (even 10 minute suspensions) a month is added and at a total of 3 or 4 mini suspensions they get another 10% as per usual (which resets to the 2 month + mini suspensions rule).
This would allow people who have changed to come back into the community by proving they have done so, whilst still being heavily restrictive to persistent rule breakers.

Just a thought, i myself will never receive another warning or suspension.

If someone really changed his ways he will be able to get warns removed
