Most people don't realize that it has a longer bump time over 4 hours and a lot of people early bump here and there. I think This would be a good add on in the report part for general help.

Reporting it as spam works just as well. But adding it wouldn't be hard.

nah, the goal of general help is to provide assistance to those in need, the bumping isn't an overwhelming issue and if users are being excessive with it, it will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
