Renaming scammers by their number ( As in first scammers is Scammer1) and so on.. Just simple and makes it where people would be less likely to scam.. and another idea is inactives that have been " Disabled" should lose their names.

I cant rembere where but it says something about peoples name and be inactive wont loss there names no offance i would be mad as hell if my name was gone when i came.back after i was gone for a year do to issues with family and me working so mutch this is do to the fact that i paided for my name change

Locked/scammer account, inactive accounts and banned accounts will not be deleted/renamed.

not everyone remains logged in. so if someone is proven to have scammed and not online at the time that their name is changed to 'scammerx', how are they suppose to log in?

the ultimate goal is to get scammers to repay. if they cannot log in because they don't know their account name, it's a problem

If the threat of a plummeting reputation associated with a scammer tag/gold assess locked is not enough, I hardly think this will discourage people. Most people that make these poor choices like scamming are going to find that irrelevant, and instead, it might encourage multiple accounts.

People may not know their user name to be able to log back in.

I think this proposal just makes things more complicated than it needs to be.
