my suggestion is that once a user receives any FG, that specific FG cant be sent to another use for 24 hours !
to have the sent FG remaining in a "PENDING" status would help victims of scams recover FG from the mediators or admin !
quite simply i hate getting scammed, and while im posting evidence AND have a mediator look at the evidence to determine if is sufficient for a locking !
in the mean time, the scammer sells off the scammed FG, and once locked, he has ZERO FG, its really cold comfort !

if a scammer steals FG, and proof is posted. the FG in a PENDING status can be returned, and the scammer gets his ass locked !
