i think it would be cool if you added a button where you could request for your thread to be closed or where you can close it yourself (nomatter what tags you have) and noone (with exceptions of the ones that has the abbility to close threads) can close it but you and the mods
what do you guys/girls think about it?

also make it to where if you close a thread you cannot open another within 4 hours in that forum or its considered earlie bump

This has been up for votes many times before, it won't happen I'm afraid. It could also be abused by people with the wrong intends.
