hi,

a friend of mine his old account doesn't work anymore and he wants to create a new one but after 20 minutes of using the account it gets disabled

is there a solution for this problem?
there has been no misconduct as far as i know

If your account reaches 100% warn, is disabled or banned for any reason, it will not be restored, and you will not be allowed back on the site now or at any time in the future.

He won't be able to create any new ones, but this would be the only option available to him: Contact.

The most he can do is submit one of those and try to find out 'why' his account was disabled.
