In the last week, I have had 2 pm's saying suspension

One for supposed flaming, I used no vulgar language, and the only word I used was retard, in response to SPAM on MY thread
With the language others use, troll threads, and spammers, how do I get apm about saying retard?
Do you READ the threads before sending a notifier pm?

Next was an off topic post/spam to my own thread, serious? With everything else you can see in sooo many threads, like off topic "bin"? But thats not spam, some how. Every comment went with topic, asking for service of leveling, comment about D2 being easier to find lvl help

Yet again, I get a notifier pm

Why? How does it work, and why does it seem like I'm being singled out. I've been a good member, and addition to this forum since join. Not to mention, the things that are normal occurrences HOURLY, make it splitting hairs to suggest I'm in the wrong, yet here are the notifications


How does this work? How does this happen? Is the notifier an auto response to a complaint? Does it show who is making the complaint, to see if it is the same person, or group if people?

A moderator looked at the post, and the report reason if applicable, and suspends, the more suspension and warns you have had, especially for the same violation, the more frequent or harsh they will be, as the rule isn't being learned. As for 'retard', calling someone retard is still an insult or flame, more mild than other names, but still flaming, it's not justified because someone else spammed your thread. As for the off topic/spam post in your own thread, do you have a link? You aren't being singled out, people are just reporting things, perhaps som user became mad at you and looked closely to find posts of yours that he could report, but if there were no violations, there would be no problem.
