What I am suggesting is to allow to quote posts from closed threads (NOT POST QUOTES IN CLOSED THREADS)

I am sure people have experienced this before, bumping their thread to 59 posts and then they have either someone "free bump" or close the thread for fun. And if their first post is decorated with color/size/font, they cannot quote that post for easy copy paste format for their next legal thread with those said color/size/font. Or having quotes from closed threads

There is actually a guide for how to get the text, and after you understand the method, it takes less than 10 seconds to get the full, original text of any post in a closed thread, and the [ IMG ][ /IMG ] tags will not be removed, like they are when quoting. The reason a lot of threads are closed are because of spam and inappropriate posts, I think having being able to quick quote something like that would be bad.

Has more good use than bad. Also if a person is going to spam because of a spam thread that's closed, I highly doubt the quote action or not will stop him/her.
