Making an option to pay FG (ahead of time) to pay for the option to edit after the topic is locked from editing due to time.

10 fg cost, you pay when you make the thread.

why you would want to edit a locked topic?
no for this.
and if you mean editing after 30mins?
no for that too.

Not a locked topic, I mean the 30m editing rule.
