This little suggestion hit me when i was trying to find a buyer for a item in the path of exile section.
When i did use the search function and searched for a specific item, the result that came up shows me hits with items that people are selling and people that are looking for this specific item.
What if you can choose in the search function that you only want result with people looking for this item and/or people selling this item?
If you want to search and have the result come up with both people trading/looking for this item you just leave the squares blank.
If you want to have the result with people looking for this item or vice versa you just mark the square.
I feel with this small add on it will be easier to find a buyer if you have a specific item or trying to find one item you want.

It actually already exists, the function you are trying to have added.

Click the 'FT/ISO/PC/Etc' tab before searching, it will only search in that section.
