You have been suspended for violating our site rules and policies. Please review them at your earliest convenience:
http://forums.d2jsp.org/info.php?p=9

Your violation post: http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=66240279&f=168&p=443774824#p443774824

Specifically, you violated Rule #1: No flaming, insults, racism, degrading content, bullying, intimidation, harassment, or threats.

Any further violations will result in more actions taken against your account.

Thanks for your attention and resolution of this issue.

Suggestion:

Maye not PICK AND CHOOSE who you want to suspend... but adhere to the sites rules for EVERYBODY. ESPECIALLY to go STRAIGHT to a suspension without even ANY warning.

My comment was in RESPONSE to being called a cocksucker, and I see worse flaming every single day that goes unpunished.

This is ridiculous. Especially for a member that's been here since 06 and has had ZERO problems.

And I'm probably old enough to pick up your slut mother and take her home from the bar you cant get into.

There's the flame.

The other user may have, and most likely was if I had to guess suspended as well, but there is no way for you to tell if they were or not, there is no way to tell if something goes "unpunished", you can't tell who is suspended and for how long, and they may or may not tell you, they might even lie and say that they were not suspended in order to troll/annoy you. You have to just brush off flames by ignoring them, , then only they can be punished.

Your account is your responsibility and it is your responsibility to know and follow all site rules.

Violating a site rule or policy may result in any or all of the following punishments: +10% Warning, Suspension, Forum Gold Lock, Account Ban, Account Disabled.

Interpretation of rule violations is up to the sole discretion of the d2jsp Staff. If something is borderline, such content or behavior is strongly discouraged.

Responding to flame makes you just as guilty.... your responsible & held accountable for only your actions

Report them & do not respond & you wont have a problem

Just because you do not see what actions are taken against other users that violate the rules, doesn't meam that nothing is done

Oh I knew where I flamed him and meant every word at the time. It was in response to being called a derogatory name when at first I was just telling him:

Those are NOT fools.

Grinding is teh prefix for +max to char lvl i believe.

TRYING TO HELP because he was mis-advertising something... he responded with

"rage gfyc'' (go f*** your couch)

we enforce the rules evenly on the community. how do you know a user wasn't punished for his/her actions? you don't.

the fact that you are an 06 user only shows one thing, you should know better than to flame.
