please move it back. i hate it, and im sure a lot of other people do too!

off topic seems best at the bottom, because its the most off topic. there are game discussions in the language threads.

The general off topic index is more active than the international forums in regard to post count and topics. It should remain there in my opinion. I like the change.

Regardless, it's not like the international forums are gone, they are still there.
