Yes under one condition:
- Under N O circumstances can one user tell another user to buy x stock.

Providing research, sure. But never advising another user to directly purchase another stock. If occurs, needs to result in immediate 10% - too easy for someone to screw with the market with a thousand eyes watching their advice
