There are many many others depending on there profile but my main point is to have the colors set to blue/green for the profile layout they have set. It needs to stick out so people know that they are mediators/part of the staff.

I was confused when i 1st saw this but have gotten used to it but i think it would look better with blue/green makes it more consistent with the board i think

Going with this. If I was in their shoes, I'd rather have the color match whatever layout I currently had.
No real need for this to change.
