Name trades are uncontrollable, easy to scam and it's impossible to prove that ppl did get scammed.
So, why is it allowed? Imo ban it

Banning will also give everybody more options to find nice names for themselves.

Wrong sir, people will name b@t all of them and horde them, doing names vs fg is at the users own risk, no reason to ban it

You think name trades are protected!? .. They are not:

When you buy a name, you'll have to leave the trade game to add the name to your account..
At this point the ingame chat log is gone. The buyer could save the name at a different acc and accuse the seller of scamming,
or the seller has no interest in giving the name. He sais that he has deleted the name, but he didnt.

Make a s/a for these different situations and you will see that the proof in both cases is exactly the same!


Finally: There is no reason to horde all the names, when you cannot make lists to trade them. Ez as that.
