Im not sure how it goes for other parts of jsp, but UseastNL has a horrible problem with scammers and multi's then selling scammed valks and other high ticket items.
Its getting so bad that the scammers are known and we can figure out who they are quickly, so they dont even deny who they are
for example emmence is clearly Ant a known scammer on USEAST NL, and doesnt deny it
