Tryed to request a mediator and it took over an hour to get one.

Is it really acceptable with those waiting time?

More would help, but they have to keep quality in their mediator force. Some mediators scammed too so it's not just a matter of appointing a bunch of new ones.

They have a schedule of their own, do not take it out on the mediator.

they can't just give mediator tags as they wish
trustworthy people are rare m8
