Isn't scamming someone the biggest offense? I think if someone scams they should receive the flood timer/loss of sig/ava + what ever else 90% gives. Additional warn just adds on to the flood timer or something.
I highly doubt this would get implemented because I'm not going to keep bumping, but do you think this is a good idea?

That would just give people who scam less incentive to repay.
