Every single word in topic titles and descriptions is automatically capitalized by the filters. In addition, if you put something in quotation marks in the topic title or description, it will NOT capitalize the first letter of the first word in quotation marks. This problem is profusely annoying and can be easily fixed, do you think it should be fixed?
