Recently a good friend of mine was scammed out of over 23k forum gold. This has happened to multiple users, what does jsp do? Ban the account if possible but what happens to those who are scammed? I was never a jsp user before now, but this has called for a very harsh wake up call for jsp. Considering the fact that this forum goild is worth real money and people's livelihood, it should be worth more than a ban if someone is scammed of their gold, especially when the gold amounts to more real life cash than a felony theft.

I propose that people be held accountable for what they do on here in full and not just be able to take the 500m (just a random number) they sacammed and let their acc get banned. This person has in essence completed a felony theft and is not being held accountable for it under the laws of the united states of america and many other international laws.

I am willing to give my full name to jsp as well as proof that it is me if i am going to trade on here. It's stupid if others wouldn't and to me would tell u that they are not on here to game and trade but to scam.

If anyone else feels the same please post so, a robbery has occured and whether it was on a game or in person it's the same thing to me and should be to any law abiding citizen/gamer.

Please post and make this the most viewed post in jsp. The theft has gone on far too long, whether its 1m d3 gold, nice d2 items, 1b d3 gold..... This site is supposed to be a trusted social forum for gamers but has turned into a venue for theft.

Jsp mods are welcome to post as well.

If nothing can be done about these thefts at the moment i propose users should have to register a way to contact them to where they can be held accountable for such actions, as diablo 3 gold can be worth far above a felony theft in the right proportions.

If this were my gold that was taken i would have a far harsher tone. The infractions that occured to my friend (mrx****) are inexcusable and ion essence a felony theft. And i guarantee any site condoning such a theft is in itsself a thief for allowing such actions to go on with naught but an account ban.

Thank you for listening and please post and let your opinions and views be known as well.

Wait...so let me get this straight.
You're suggesting we all submit our personal information to the site so a Jsp police force can "punish us" if we scam?

I don't think you understand how game currency works in games like Diablo.
You don't own anything; Blizzard does. The fact that you're trading D3 gold for fg already violates Blizzard's ToS and EULA.
