Time Zone Settings, you can tick or untick Daylight Saving Time there.

you are supposed to change the settings yourself in your profile afaik

I apologize for placing this in the wrong section and I was unaware that I had to remove the daylight savings check mark, and thank you for the help, and again sorry for posting in the wrong place
