As you may already be aware, d2jsp features a Big Font theme, but for the default d2jsp theme. What I propose, is that the other themes receive the same treatment.
For instance, I am a big fan of both the Gary and High Contrast themes, but I would prefer the font to be displayed just as it is for the default Big Font theme.
In Favor- Those who have monitors that display the text on the themes as small will now be able to move from the default Big Font and onto other themes without having to use the zoom function.
- Users who have problem reading smaller texts will not be restricted to the default Big Font theme, or restricted to using the zoom function.
Against- For any theme, you are free to use the zoom function, there is no need for additional themes using a Big Font.
Example 1Essentially, there will be theme selections with added "Big Font", in a large selection. This, to me, is just too many CSS files, but it's more to give a direct visual of my suggestion.
Example 2This is a more direct and effective means of adding this suggestion. The idea is, that there will be a "Big Fonts" checkbox, with which will make the font size of the selected theme the same as the current d2jsp default Big Font.
