While it would certainly be useful to address anything a user replies, there are also adverse effects of adding such a feature, for it can promote bad behavior and fights. For example, we have some photos that are uploaded regularly that are often grounds for belittling remarks. If the poster of the image has the rights to reply to them, they are only adding to whatever distasteful commentary there is, and in-turn could essentially "feed the trolls". Granted, this is not always the case, but I see the harsh commentary far too often in the galleries for my liking. Giving someone the ability to reply to those comments is just something I don't wish to see, for the reasons aforementioned.

Voted no. In this case, the cons weigh out the pros, in my honest opinion. If you truly wish to reply to a comment, then I guess you could edit the picture's description accordingly.
