I am seeing a lot of topics in the trading grounds where people are just posting for other people to do runs, so I figure with so many people looking for them, why don't we have a specific place for them to find them like in the diablo2 forums?

D3 Trophy Room, Strategy & Guides, Hardcore, Keyruns/Uber, Experience Runs - Sub forums, something along those lines.

well imo wouldnt that come under PVM? then a subsection for ubers?
If you kinda create it like the d2 NTF then it would be awesome. and can be added later for when they release pvp

This is decrease the amount of ubers in the trading grounds.

yeah it could fall under pvm, but if you look in the diablo 2 subforums, they have a pvm section, baal runners, chaos runners, so I figured it would be fitting.

And by the way, I suggested this WHILE eating XD

Adding a subforum would do nothing to stop people from posting services in the trade grounds for the same thing. Rather than split it up amongst different places, it's best to just leave it in a singular spot, so everyone knows where to look. This is most advantageous to both parties.

Look at D2 for instance, even with the specific subforums, it never stopped people from posting in the trade grounds. On the first page, I easily found one in the first 5 topics:
