I know that theres probably been a thread like this but since u cant search (what I know off) I can't find it.
Lets say u have a question to ask and you post it, people get mad and reports you for spam cause its been asked a 1000 times before. Instead of having to piss everyone of you could just search on the forums for it.

I know that this is available in trading forums but should also be added in others, such as: H&F, Computer, league of legends, general chat, everywhere.

Not needed. Google is a powerful tool and you can simply do what Dan has explained to find threads.
