Yeah, so Once-Upon-A-Time, If one were to propose that JSP should bring back the battlefloor, then one would automatically receive 10% warn.

However, this particular rule is not listed in the JSP site rules. ( http://forums.d2jsp.org/info.php?p=9 )

If we can *now*ask about bringing back the battlefloor, then I would like to post a new thread where I would propose that we bring back the BattleFloor.

However, if posting proposals that JSP bring back the battlefloor is still prohibited, the I would like to propose that "No asking to Bring Back The BattleFloor." become rule #22

My proposition was *not* that we Bring Back the BattleFloor, my suggestion was that we UPDATE THE SITE RULES, so people would know if asking to bring back the BattleFloor would result in Warn.

If *asking* to bring back the BattleFloor no longer results in warn, than perhaps the pent-up social energy behind the Bring Back The BattleFloor Movement could finally convince Njajuar to return to us our beloved forum... We have waited so long.

If asking to bring back the battlefloor *still* results in warn, (6 years after the fact) than I think it would only be prudent to UPDATE THE SITE RULES, so people can take precautions against naming this prohibited forum, and thusly avoid receiving warn for posting well-intentioned suggestions.
