Lots of suggestion similar to this has been posted, but as its been stated before, no one intend to make jsp a facebook lookalike.

While Facebook may be a popular social networking site, I honestly don't see why it should be intertwined into Jsp. This site is unique for its own reasons. I'm sure that issues could arise if even just your tagging suggestion was added, however on a wider scale this could make it easier to do illegal trades, scam users, and break other site rules (assuming that you're thinking of wanting jsp and fb accounts linked). It's been made clear in the past that jsp does not have any intentions of conforming and joining fb. Also, where would it stop? Twitter, pinterest, yahoo, Gmail, etc? It's a no from me.

There's PM option if you really think someone would be interested about your post.
This would just allow people to fill others pm boxes with mass spam by tagging them in multiple posts that "might intererest" them.
