Similar to how the beta worked, I think we need a forum for those on Starter Edition accounts, considering it's pretty much a separate server.

You could argue there's no point but then again maybe there are twinkers out there waiting for PvP such as myself.

Not needed. Just put (starter edition) in your title and thread.

Mirroring what has been aforesaid: it's not needed. There aren't enough starter edition users to merit the creation of another sub-forum. Back when it was in Beta, there was a sub-forum because everyone who was playing Diablo 3 at the time had to be on the Beta server. Now the mass-majority are on the true server(s), and a rather small amount on the starter edition.
