I think there should be a search bar to search for jsp users.

There are search functions where needed throughout the site :).

There is one already.

Go to: d2jsp Forums > d2jsp > Scammer Accusations > Multi Reports

When you click multi reports, there is a line that says: "You can use this tool to get a profile link from a user name: http://forums.d2jsp.org/tools.php?a=2 " <- Click that.

Or you can just bookmark the above page.

He means a search engine where you can type only a part of the username
Like 'fla' as search and 'Flair' will show up and other names starting with 'fla'

If it doesn't hurt the site load, sure
