All right, I have no idea if this has ever been suggested. I'm coming up with this as I go.
As an avid user of LinkedIN lately, I have been networking, etc. I graduate in one year, and I hope to be employed before I hit that stage next May.
I was thinking that it should definitely be in the donor section, so you have to technically pay yo get this service.
B]ut, it would be for networking and job leads. You know, if people are looking for jobs in an area and someone has some advice. I think this might be a great way for us to help people in this tough economy.

Title: Moving to Chicago
Description: IT specialist
example post:
Hey everyone,
My wife just got a job offer in Chicago, so we will be re-locating there in the fall. I was wondering if anyone lives in Chicago and has some advice about the area. Any organizations or businesses that are big employers for IT. I'd appreciate any type of leads! House leads and great food places, too.
But, wait!! Don't posts like this happen already?
I'm sure they do, but this could be a way to keep them in one area and actually let people help each other. Network and benefit.
[Conclusion
I won't be heartbroken if this idea doesn't work, but I thought this would be a really interesting area for D2JSP to explore.
Edit: Saw someone who voted no. If you vote no, I'd at least like to hear some reasoning. I'm open to a discussion.
