Simple suggestion to allow not only the middle to be transparent in profiles but to also the left and right and maybe even the top to be also.

I don't see any harm and having this added.

I like how it is at the moment, but i'm not against anything.

i said the same thing awhile back but njag said it would have to use html5 and its not supported by most browsers or something idk

I voted no, people are just gonna make backgrounds to hide their user stats, view recent posts, view recent topics, etc... which will be damn annoying
