i totally agree wwith said rules of d2jsp and agree of any disposal taken in regards of said rules

but would be reaally good if wwe could understand why some penalties been applied to an acount , this could be done via automated personal message or wwwhatever , but it would prevent future breaking of the rules

You only need to worry about your own rule breaking, if any. If someone else is breaking the rules and action is taken against their account, it's usually pretty obvious why. But you're not entitled to an explanation unless it's against yourself.

In most instances, users are notified as to what penalty was applied to their account and why. In situations where it may be unclear, they are encouraged to reach out to any Senior Moderator: https://forums.d2jsp.org/staff.php?g=30 and ask for more information.

As far as other users being informed of any actions taken against other users accounts (and why), this will not be happening.
