I've got a suggestion that would make trading way more efficient for both buyers and sellers. It's simple to implement and solves a problem we all deal with.

The Problem:
You're hunting for an Eth Infinity. You search the trading forums and see 5 posts from yesterday... but they're all sold. By the time you check back an hour later, 3 new ones were posted and sold while you weren't online. You missed every single one because you weren't refreshing at the right moment.

The Suggestion:
Add a "Watch This Search" button in trading forums. Save your search terms (3 free slots, buy more with FG or 1 free slot depending on what the admin thinks), and get instant notifications when new posts match - just like topic tracking works now.

Why is this useful or in any way beneficial?

For Buyers (Main Use):
- You're actively hunting a specific item
- Watch "FT griffon" or "FT Eth Infinity"
- Someone posts it → You get notified instantly
- You're first to see it and make your offer before it's gone
- No more missing items because you checked 10 minutes too late (especially in early ladder)


For Sellers (Nice Bonus):
- You have a Griffon's but haven't posted it yet (maybe you're lazy, testing demand, or waiting for the right buyer)
- Watch "ISO griffon"
- Someone posts "ISO Griffon's Eyel"
- You get notified instantly and jump in with your offer
- Way easier than manually checking for ISO posts


Here is the idea visualized:



Buyers stops missing items. No need to play refresh simulator and manually search for a specific item.
Sellers can be lazy and wait for buyers to come to them. Gauge demand before posting.


Thoughts?

I have a hard time believing random runewords or uniques sell instantly with the number of botters and mass rollers still active

Also wouldn’t typing “Iso griffon” be the same amount of typing it into search box?

I get where you're comming from but its the ease and less time spent on manually searching that gets rid off.

Remember this notifies when a new post is made with your criteria search. Now you manually have to search and find one of whatever youre looking for.

I voted no because you can simply do a iso eth infinity while online or bump a post you've already made or use the search engine to look through the post for your iso. I don't see the web site adding this, its neat but no.
