This is something that has bugged me for a while. Having to go to settings and select Use Large Fonts every time I login.
I could solve this easily enough by keeping my cookies/history but I've always had my browser set to remove everything upon closing.

Admittedly, I haven't changed any of the other settings in a very long time so I don't know if they're default or not anymore but it seems like this is the one setting that always reverts.

So my suggestion is to make all general settings save server side.

It's not necessary.. Your problem is self-admitted. Just save the cookies.

Obviously isn't necessary because it hasn't been done yet/originally coded that way.

It isn't a problem whatsoever. It is a QOL improvement.

The argument would be why it shouldn't be standard like the rest of the settings.

If the explanation is literally as simple as "I just don't want to take a day to fuck with coding that" then all good. But why take the time to make all of the other settings save server side except this one option?

It’s client side as users may want different settings per device. As an example, someone may want larger font and a dark theme on their phone, but not on their PC.

Thank you for the suggestion, but this will not be changing.
