Today I wanted to bring a site suggestion that would be a quality of life upgrade in every trading part of the forum.

The trade sections of the forum all have a search option, where you can put a keyword. Let's use Path of Exile or Path of Exile 2,

And use the word "divine" (it is the main Currency)

You can see every post of members selling or buying divine orbs that way.

The upgrade I would like to implement starts now: D2jsp is an American website, with mostly Americans, but they are also a lot of people from all around the world, with various timezones. Back in the day in the Diablo 2 sub forums, it was so active that you would randomly click on the few latest post and could trade straight away.
Other games have a smaller community, and their subs are slower. Whenever you do a search, like in my example, you click the latest post containing your keyword, look at the member activity bubble: offline. So you go back one page on your browser, press the next one until you see someone online, and then have to check if he is online, or 17 minutes afk. That's tedious.

The activity bubble is already a profile feature, the search option already tells you who created the post: I would like that bubble to be displayed next to the username of the OP. Like, next to his stars. That way, it becomes way easier on those slower subforums to know who is still likely online or not. Yes they might be 17 minutes afk, bummer, but that would still speed up the search process a lot.

The addon can be nice but I think they already sorted by last bump, so meaning if the user was online in the last 5 minutes and bumped his topic, you will see it on the top(might be wrong tho).
In anyway, could do the above if its not already sorted this way and add the profile icon(which will help users to trade in slow forums, such as legacy d2).

that's correct, but for example in Path of Exile 2, the latest post is sometimes 3 hours old, that is what I mean by slower subs.

I like the suggestion and can see the benefits, especially for slower forums.

Hey, i like the idea.
I saw some people suggesting these things, in my opinion searching for people that are online wouldnt solve the problem , because people are oline even when they have been seen in the last 10-20 mins right ?
I would go to a different area and just let the trade himself set an option to state themselves howlong they can guarentee to be here, its tough cause people want to get to a place where they can trade faster.

im voting yes for the idea, i do think we can give more opinions to tackle some errors.

The search function on this is a joke, anything to fix it is a +
