It would be great to have a "Cryptocurrency & Blockchain" subforum. The purpose would be to discuss all things cryptocurrency and blockchain (NOT actively engaging in buying, selling, or trading) such as development news for projects, legislation that would affect cryptocurrency, adoption, recent trade success and failure stories, noobie questions, and everything in between (NOT actively engaging in buying, selling, or trading).

I believe this subforum is important because blockchain in the near future will be the backbone of a vast number of systems, industries, and governments around the world therefore education and awareness is important.

Last thing jsp needs is it filled with “User A promised to double my <insert coin/token> but instead drained my wallet” or “User A sold me fg for crypto and didnt give” etc.

I have no issue with crypto, but any space that even mentions it is quickly inundated with scammers.

Trading would be illegal for sure since its an irl currency.
Use 🧠 with cryptos and jsp trades anyway. If its too good to be true it aint real.

Sure, educating people is important but this is a gaming forum where people scam perfect gems on decades old video game.

You can already discuss the whole crypto thing in Investment and Finance section, the section he wants to establish is already a section.
