Concerning the mobile app, you already do have the possibility to do that. The following guide explains how to get d2jsp a shortcut (technically as such working like an app) on your phone on iOS: https://forums.d2jsp.org/info.php?p=92.
If you follow the steps from 1-7, you'll be able to get it on your phone. If you then proceed from 8-10, you can conveniently also add push notifications for easy access if you like.
