I feel like most people don't know how to get to this page without searching for a staff member's name and having it at the bottom of the main page without the other subforums minimized feels clunky.

I votes no. The staff list has been located at the bottom of the page in the same place for years. One day on the forum is enough to familiarize yourself with the layout of the website. I don't see any need to change it

I think it has been suggested previously, but still a yes for it - doesn't make sense for it to be at the bottom of the main board.

They don’t want to be contacted, that’s why it’s “hard” to find, most mods on this site aren’t interested in doing their “jobs” properly.

There’s a reason it’s sitting at the bottom, and it’s exactly this.
Most mods have favoritism and ignore your PM reports for violations.
