Would be a great solution. Then the only annoyance left would be users go jsp afk immediately after bumping the trade (WHY do ppl do this oh god)

Filtering by last seen seems like a better option imo.
I haven’t traded in some time but I did notice that the system currently doesn’t indicate on the search page if the OP is even online.
Having to click thru topics to find someone that’s actually online could probably be a struggle if you need something common rather quickly.

also the time a user is considered Online should be way shorter. Like, 10 minutes max. Currently it’s over 30 minutes which seems very AFK imo. Pretty sure this used to be the case some years ago but they changed that for whatever inconvenient reason (nobody cares about the spectacular online user count if that’s the case)

I’m not too sure on that one imo. I personally don’t have notifications that make sounds but if you have multiple monitors and you’re playing a game or something you may not make yourself active on the forums but alas you’re still “there”! Most games have people focused for atleast 20-30 minutes at a time

Voted no, otherwise I'd have to start refreshing the site constantly to show I'm available. I have notifications set up so when someone messages me they pop up on my computer. My not being seen on the site for an hour doesn't mean I won't respond to a message immediately when it comes in.



It's in no way an indicator that the user is AFK. Many people are available, but just haven't been on the site in over 30 minutes.

Voted no, as I have notifications enabled if anyone posts in a thread of mine or PMs.

But might be doing terror zones for an hour or two without refreshing d2jsp, even though I would be ready to respond and trade immediately.
