Sometimes I want to get some medical advice without having to bother my doctor. I usually post my questions on facebook, but in certain occasions, I don't want my mom seeing my potential medical issue because she may get worried and keep calling me to tell me to go to the doctor.

For example, recently I have been taking new vitamins (daily multivitamin, cissus, omega 3 fish oil, and collagen). I feel that it has been helping my joints recover from workouts, but I have been having enormous poops (like over 1 foot long) basically daily. I am not sure if this is healthy or not. I would love to have a place where I can ask these types of questions to the community and get some advice.

Let me know what you think and thanks for your votes.

Also if you have any advice on my current bowel movement issues, please pm me.

If you have a medical issue, go to the doctor.
The internet is not a place to get medical advice.

But I dont know if it's a medical issue to be having really huge poops. That's why the forum would be helpful, so I could know if it's a medical issue or not

I am still on the fence about this. While some of us may have medial background, it is better to see a professional licensed doc. Doctors are there to be 'bothered' by health related questions. Those who feel like those types of questions would bother them, should not be a doctor.

If you have a medical issue go see your doctor. In my opinion this isn’t needed. Voted no.

I love this idea! As someone who struggles with IBS and Crohn's disease I would absolutely love a platform to be able to talk about this without having my full name publicized on facebook.

Voted no on this one,

The best medical advice is that every illness should be examined and diagnosed by a medical professional in a clinlic/hospital setting in-person to avoid any misdiagnoses/clear any suspicions.

One could say if you have a religious question, go to church, but we have a religious forum.

well having a religion or a faith in something isn't hurtful and can be discussed on internet. But i feel with others here, a medical subforum isn't needed and nor a right place to seek out help if you have real medical issue.
I bet people would troll some other users and it could/would do more harm then useful, even dangerous.

No, plain and simple but FYI. collagen significantly can improve bowel movements and the amount passed and I'm sure the multi vitamin is helping this also
