Right now the search function in the trading forum is sorted by topic creation date only.
This means that reposting new topics over and over is rewarded. While keeping a thread alive is at some point almost pointless as no one will check multiple pages back.

My suggestion is that bumping a thread or any post activity will bring the thread to the top of the search results again. Putting a 4 hour duration limit on it. Kinda like how there is a duration with last reply when you pick service section.

voted yes, will help with reducing the number of necro posts by newer users as it will be harder to see older posts with this implemented
