Some of us have degrees n shit mane. Phones also autocorrect to correct punctuation then you have to go back and delete. Seems unnecessarily archaic for a website in 2024.

Edit: it’s also an accessibility issue. If someone is using text to speech, the program will auto format correct punctuation which cannot be used in titles. Not everyone has all their fingers, eyesight, etc

It may be a technical limitation where symbols can't be used. If that isn't the case then I vote yes

This. I assume thats likely the case. But if its not then definitely should be implemented

They used to allow this, through recent updates it was removed, there is very obviously a technical reason behind it.

I can shorten it to 1 punctuation, but as it is a sentence and not a title it kinda needs a punctuation.

Also lol for not removing phone autocorrect.

I guess I do not see the need for punctuation in a topic title

It is a short description of what is inside of the thread

If you are excited and want to emphasize it (!!!!!!) there are ways to do that with the title options
