make the bubbles/boxes for the tracked topic extend to the left & right edges of the page like the old style
the new style has a large amount of blank space on the sides and it looks weird.
just trying to help aesthetics

just pm'd me and let me know the blank space is for two other tracking options (guild topics & forums)
- so I will update my suggestion to "allow us to expand the [tracked topics] tab that is in use if others are empty"
- also, maybe to leave the "guild topics" and "forums" tabs at top, so it isn't blank space for those who don't have any pages to track under them.
