Infernal services are against the rules by Jagex and banned on this website due to previously needing to use remote software to obtain a cape and the associated risks of using the software.
Jagex hasn’t been actively removing infernal capes for services since November 2020. As it’s been over 3 years since the last ban wave/removal wave, infernal cape services should no longer be against the rules.
Jagex terms of service has expanded to include all services as against the rules, not just internal capes. Doing internal capes is essentially no riskier than performing other services requiring supplies or gear. With these changes, I propose to remove the ban on infernal cape services on d2jsp.
